Who we are
Catita is a Discord bot developed by Random Dev, a development studio owned by ZENU GROUP LLC ("we", "us"). These terms govern the use of Catita, its commands and this website.
By adding Catita to a server or using it, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use it and remove it from your servers.
Requirements
You must follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, including the minimum age Discord requires in your country.
Whoever adds Catita to a server confirms they are allowed to do so and is responsible for how it is configured there.
Acceptable use
You may not use Catita to:
- harass, threaten or impersonate other people;
- post illegal content or content that infringes third-party rights;
- pass off screenshots made with FakeSS as real conversations to deceive, defame or scam;
- automate its use, abuse commands or try to overload the service;
- look for or exploit bugs, or access data that is not yours.
If you find a security issue, email us at legal@catita.gg instead of exploiting it.
Virtual currency and casino
Catita's coins, items, points, levels and other rewards are virtual. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or real goods, and are not your property.
Catita's casino games only use that virtual currency. They are not real-money gambling, and no real money can be wagered or won.
We may adjust, reset or remove virtual balances and items, for example to fix bugs or abuse.
Content
You are responsible for what you write, upload or generate with Catita. You grant us the permission needed to process it solely to provide the service (for example, to save a ticket transcript or play a song).
Music played with Catita comes from third-party services; its rights belong to their owners.
Availability
Catita is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, pause or remove features at any time, and we do not guarantee it will run without interruptions or errors.
Suspension
We may limit or block the use of Catita for people or servers that break these terms. You can stop using it at any time by removing it from your server.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ZENU GROUP LLC is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, profits or virtual rewards arising from the use of Catita, or for the actions of other people or Discord.
Intellectual property
Catita's name, character, art and code belong to ZENU GROUP LLC. Discord is a trademark of Discord Inc.; Catita is not affiliated with Discord Inc.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page with its date; if you keep using Catita afterwards, you accept the changes.
